Biquinho, meaning "little beak" in Portuguese, is a small teardrop-shaped Brazilian pepper from the state of Minas Gerais, recognized by its distinctive pointed tip. Despite belonging to the Capsicum chinense species, it is unusually mild and delivers a tangy, citrusy, and slightly smoky flavor with almost no heat. In Brazil it is a traditional bar snack served pickled in vinegar with garlic and herbs, and internationally it is often sold under the name "Sweety Drops."
