Heat data: Approximate (sources vary) · PepperScale

Goat Horn (Keçi Boynuzu in Turkish) is a long, slender heirloom pepper up to 25 cm in length that curves dramatically at the tip, resembling a goat's horn — hence the name. Pods ripen from yellow through orange to deep red, with thin walls that dry exceptionally well for making pepper flakes, chili oil, or ground powder. The pepper is an important ingredient in Turkish cuisine and is also widely used across East and Southeast Asia for its bright color and moderate, lingering heat.
